Coal mine monitoring system is the important guarantee of safety production in coal mine.The traditional mine safety monitoring system mainly is based on the basis of cablecommunications facilities, a communications link is susceptible to on-site environmentalimpact, its sensor accessing is not agile,its monitoring range is narrow and it cannot meet theneed of modern and efficient mines.Industrial-class wireless network technology advancesprovides new opportunities to solve traditional mine safety monitoring system's ills. The newgeneration of wireless network technology Zigbee with characteristics such as low powerconsumption, low cost, networking adaptive, network capacity and so on, is widely used inlow speed of data transmission industrial occasions.This paper puts forward a Scheme design of using Zigbee wireless transmission networkto replace local cable transmission mine of gas monitoring system , wireless networktechnology Zigbee will be used for gas data acquisition and electricity control and in order toimprove the control system reliability and flexibility, expand the scope of the monitoringsystem. The work of this paper has mainly five parts:system design, hardware selection anddesign, Zigbee node software design, transmission network realization and undergrounddeployment, experimental tests. Among them,The part of hardware selection and designincludes the selection of processor module ,introducing wireless module and catalytic elementof sensor and node hardware design,processor module MSP430F169 has been selected,characteristics and typical application circuit of wireless transmission module CC2430 andSensor catalytic components MJC4/3.0 has been introduced,and the sensor node hardwarehas been designed, being combined with underground power feeder switch control principle,the switch control node has beed designed,Software parts include the introduction of protocolstack frame,Commonly used the original language and development steps of software workflow design of coordinator,cluster head nodes,terminal node and monitor host,Transmission network part mainly includes the algorithm of hierarchical network topologycontrol, networking, arrangement of process is introduced, and the inspection work modecycle working process, data fusion of transmission design,In transmission network part,hierarchial network algorithm,topology control,networking and seting up process has beenintroduced, Periodic inspection work mode workflow and data fusion transmission mode havebeen designed, Being analyzes interference factor the wireless network in undergroudenvironment, deployment principles of zigbee wireless network in underground has been putforward.Finally, in Mine transportation tunnel,we constructed a long distance hierarchicalcontrol device type network and power , Through the experiments ,we test function ofmonitoring system network transmission and control, and give the test results.
