Research And Realization Of Coal Mine Gas Monitor System Based On ZigBee

Wireless sensor newtorks(WSNs) have become one of the important research fields in the world. It has a wide-range application background,especially in martial applications and environment monitoring due to special limitation of tagret environmental area.This article through to the research of wireless sensor network development present situation and the tendency, the coal mine gas wireless monitor present situation, the ZigBee technology, proposed a wireless sensor network monitor system solution based on the ZigBee technology ,which face to the coal mine gas wireless monitor application. And analyzed the system design goal, the function and the performance index, pointed out the system design feasibility and the software and hardware platform design request and the principle of design. Depended on the Taiyuan science and technology initiating project"the coal mine gas wireless monitor networking"in 2007, constructed and designed the hardware platform based on the TI MSP430F149 processor and CC2420 the radio frequency chip, described the hardware platform each function module in detail, and used wireless sensor network operating system TinyOS to insert to the hardware node, finally carried on the test to the system. The overall system take the wireless sensor networking technology as a core, strengthened the system flexibility, the maintainability and the extendibility, meanwhile the system modulation and the open style structure enable the system to have a good probability.Through the thorough research of wireless sensor network and the Zigbee technology and in the coal mine application, the goal lies in the improvement the present stage of Shanxi's coal mine gas monitor system, thus raises the mine safety production level and the safety in production management efficiency, and also builds the good foundation for further study and the practical application from now on.Applies the ZigBee technology in the coal mine gas monitor involves to the sensor technology, the wireless communication, the computer application technology, the electrical explosion-proof technology and the control technology and so on many kinds of technologies.So far, along with the science and technology unceasing progress, it also in unceasingly consummates, the prospect especially is broad.
