High-speed storage system has widely used in the dynamic signal test field. As a kind of storage material, NAND FLASH is based on semiconductor technology, compared with the traditional storage devices NAND FLASH is better to withstand temperature change, mechanical vibration and shock,it has higher reliability and easy to implement high-speed, low power storage systems. NAND FLASH is an ideal solution to achieve large-capacity storage technology. At present, large-capacity, high-speed storage technology based on the NAND FLASH memory array has become a hot topic in the storage system.The subject aims at the needs of multi-channel data records in dynamic signal test, proposes a kind of data storage technology solutions. designing a large-capacity high-speed data storage system based on NAND FLASH array. The paper firstly introduces the principle of FLASH array storage,then puts forward the overall design of storage system and expounds the realization way of cache system, data transmission and control. Then introduces the implementation process of system from hardware and software aspects, emphatically analyzes increasing speed,reducing FIFO buffer capacity, and other key technical ways, and designs a special DMA controller storaging data from FIFO to NAND FLASH array directly, The design of DMA controller adopts lines programming operation switch through the different FLASH memory, achieved high speed storage design goal in the condition of small FIFO.The entire storage system is implemented on a Xilinx FPGA, in the condition of 50MHz frequency and 8-bit data bus, storage speed is 16MB/S.Finally,gives the system test data correctly, experiment shows that the data storage system constructed can storage and management data effectively to guarantee data analysis and process. Finally the paper propose the direction need to be further researched.
