With the increasing amount of data generated by modern radar operations,there is growing demand for data storage.Large capacity,high speed read-write storage devices have become one of the key factor of radar equipment today,the solid-state storage with its high density,high reliability,reliable high-level advantages have become the mainstream of the market.Based on the development target of a certain project,considering the main control chip of the parallel processing ability,the number of I/O,and can be customized degree,transmission speed,this essay use the FPGA as the main control chip,complete data receiving,processing,control,forwarding functions.On the design of the underlying storage architecture,build a large capacity and high-speed storage module based on Nand Flash array.In the read-write mode of the Nand Flash array,the use of the original off-chip flowing water combined with the on-chip cross-parallel read-write mode greatly improves the storage rate.Combined static analysis software further validates the rationality and feasibility of the hardware design.The hierarchical memory controller designed on the FPGA platform is the core of this essay.Modern storage protocol in conjunction with the related research,the designed five differentiation(physical layer,native interface layer,command interface layer,memory link layer,the user application layer)accomplish four of radar data storage procedure(data input and output,translation and forwarding instructions,scheduling functions,user management)fully decoupled,in which a brief analysis of the three key technologies involved,to achieve a more professional division of tasks and more general storage infrastructure,to improve the versatility of the radar storage system and flexibility provides convenience.The storage board is equipped with 96 Nand Flash,a total capacity of 3TB,PCIe and sRIO interface are equipped,the writing speed is greater than 1.6GB/s,by the array controller to achieve a visual interface control record,playback,import,export file,and management functions.Long-term tests and use show that this high-speed storage system meets project requirements in terms of transmission bandwidth,data reliability,access speed,and storage capacity.
