Second, introduces the main content and applications ofthe unified modeling language(UML).In addition, we implement and analyze the system by the UML,and then design the system.Designed questionnaire customization and management, online survey data quality control, evaluation model and data management, data query and statistics, rights management, system management and other major modules.
