People pay more and more attention to meteorological data,and the requirements of meteorological service are becoming more detailed and more personalized.The requirements of public meteorological service and the quality of public meteorological service have seriously affected the stability and sustainable development of the city.For the sake of decreasing the gap between the meteorological services and the needs of the public step by step,and also timely deliver weather information to the public,the transformations from traditional to modern and from extensive form to fine form is the concept that runs through the development of wisdom meteorological of Liaocheng.Therefore,it is necessary to build the Liaocheng public weather service platform which is based on mobile application.The development of the public weather service platform mainly uses Java development language,MVC thought,HTML technology,SSH framework,the Web end and Android end use Restful technology,which are demonstrated through the JSON data,MYSQL database is used to store public weather service data.The business presentation page of the public weather service platform mainly uses the tag library of Struts framework to provide data support,internal service processing uses Restful Client,Restful Endpoint,WebService Endpoint to provide technical support,specific business processes need to call business logic components,platform standard logic components and platform Spring services.The system uses Hibernate framework to complete persistence of the data within the MYSQL.Public weather service platform is divided into public weather service and background management,public weather service is comprised of the Web side and Android side.Public weather service function mainly completes the ground data view,satellite nephogram view,radar data view,fine forecast view,weather index view,lightning data view,air quality view,climate service product view,early warning signal view,regular forecast product view,ground statistics,city forecast product view,climate product view,live,forecast,early warning and Android home page.Background management is mainly used for user management,access statistics,file management,statistical charts and message push.After the operation of the public meteorological service platform,the Liaocheng city can reasonably sort out the various situations that occur within the stage of the publication of the meteorological disaster alarm,which improves the service speed and quality of the work of public meteorological service of Liaocheng City,promotes the service and maintenance of Liaocheng Meteorological Station and solves the display early warning and transmission problems of Liaocheng meteorological services especially decision-making weather service.
