The meteorological information is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.The statistics of the data and the release of the data directly affect our daily life and production.With the rising popularity of the rapid development of national economy and information technology,people demand for meteorological forecast information can already be satisfied anytime and anywhere through various channels,become an indispensable part of People's Daily life,however,with the changing of the living,all kinds of extreme weather,the social from all walks of life are increasingly affected by the factors of meteorological environment restriction,even thus in the modern meteorological industry,targeted meteorological service is becoming more and more attention by all of us.Meteorological service is based on the theory of atmospheric science and technology,according to the social,economic,military and ecological demand,disaster prevention and mitigation,etc,to provide the meteorological service of science and technology,meteorological service is the starting point and the home of meteorological work,and weather the popularization of scientific knowledge,is people in response to environmental changes,in addition to the daily weather forecast information needs a new routine knowledge and life needs,so as to make the meteorological science popularization work has become a new important direction in the present meteorological services,under the existing in the development of new media explosive environment,meteorological science popularization work will be popularized to the Internet and mobile terminals,has become a let people understand one of the important means of all kinds of meteorological service information in time.This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of meteorological information push interactive system in mobile phone terminal.The focus is on the design and implementation of the information on the mobile phone terminal.Past these meteorological science popularization work is mainly composed of meteorological science base of the construction of the meteorological offices or stations at all levels to promote and implement,long construction time,manpower cost,influence scope is small,when based on meteorological science content in the mobile terminal,the modular design and implementation of will make the above problems well and development.Firstly,this paper summarizes the researchbackground and significance in the introduction,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and makes clear the main research direction,research objectives and design methods of the thesis.The second chapter analyzes the design requirements of meteorological science popularization system.The third chapter mainly shows the design process,and discusses the implementation process according to design and demand.The fourth chapter is mainly the realization of the meteorological science popularization system in the mobile terminal.Finally,the design and implementation of the whole meteorological science popularization system are summarized,and the future development of the technology in weather network client design is presented.This paper based on the combination of theory and practice,through the "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving",the method of research and discusses the meteorological science popularization system in the design and implementation of a mobile terminal,also hope that through the study on meteorological service in the future in the development of network and mobile terminal platform.
