As human society entered the era of knowledge economy, the world economy' developmental direction is unstoppable trend towards global economic integration, the enterprise survival digital, international business competition, competitors expansion etc. Internet, knowledge economy, high-tech features significantly, the business further break down geographical barrier, how to win a place in the global trading system, how to obtain bigger market share and broader development prospects, how to acquire and maintain a relatively stable customer resources, have become the key to influence business survival and development. Customer Relationship Management is a kind of brand-new management concept, its core is to customers as business' most important resource, emphasis on "take customers as the center", through continuously improved customer experience and in-depth understanding of customers to provide quality customer service, to ensure that meet needs of customers, thereby improving the relationship between business and customers, finally enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. It is also for enterprises to realize electronic, automatic operation taken by technical means. Customer Relationship Management is an ideology, but also a solution, but also a set of application software. Through using data mining, data warehousing and other information technologies, Customer Relationship Management System manages enterprise customers and related resources, through fully exploit the customer behavior patterns to help enterprises understand, analyze clients'potential requirements, so that enterprises in accordance with customer demand, continuously improve products and services, and continuously improve customer satisfaction, and finally achieve the long-term cooperation between enterprises and customers, each other to create greater profits.System used Asp.Net and Sql Server 2000 as the main development environment, designed and implemented the customer relationship management system based on C/S structure. In accordance with software engineering methods, first of all we needed to do the system feasibility analysis and requirements analysis, according to the results of the requirements analysis, we proposed three-tier architecture:the data layer, function layer and presentation layer. Used the results of the architecture we implemented the core functions of the system, the location of the functions in the structure are described. With the guidance of the architecture we designed the overall system, including the system function modules and database design, and described the key technologies of the design such as:using crystal report to do chart and reporter and database connection configuration described in detail, the key technical aspects is the difficult point to achieve the system. It can give some guidance to other similar systems. After the completion of the overall design of the system, we designed the modules as follows in detail:Customer relationship management, basic information management of enterprise, statistical queries and Analysis, user management, opponent management, while taking advantage of the data modeling tool Power Designer to finish the database design, the core of the system tables, views and Object-oriented design class diagram were introduced to achieve, and ultimately concluded that the system's strengths and weaknesses as well as future direction of development. The system's development is a practice of software engineering process, which facilitates the operator to manage the customer relationship and the native information of their own enterprise, so that daily operations and management are more standardization; diversifies their services, humane and facilitation; provides effective data support to the business decision-makers, with the scientific data to determine management.
