In recent year, information technology has been applied diffusely in telecom industry. Lots of history data has been accumulated according to the use of computer application systems, such as Operating Network System, Integrated Service System, Statistic Fee System, OA System, etc. In traditional conditions, however, large amount of data can’t be turned into useful information for decision-making. OLTP system becomes inflexible because of the lack of detailed data and systematic resource can’t meet the need of business. On the other hand, managers and decision-makers can’t adapt to violent competition because they only get limit information according to the OLTP system.Data Warehouse provides an effect solution for enterprise to implement further informational of the massive data. Compares with the traditional database technology, the data warehouse has provided a better support for the decision analysis and jumped out the categories in traditional on-line business processes. Therefore, data warehouses technological development is very quick in the last few years, and peoples have developed many applications in each profession. Compare to the overseas middle or large scale enterprises our country enterprise’s data warehouse construction is still in the exploration stage at present. In large-scale and information-based enterprises like the telecommunication companies in China, building data warehouse application is a high-level request to the technology users.The paper firstly analyzes the difficulty and challenge that telecommunication enterprise is confronted with at present deeply, and then has suggested the necessity of building Data Warehouse-Based Customer Relationship Management System for telecommunication industry builds systematic necessity of data warehouse-based operation analysis. Then, based on the research of Data Warehouse and Mobile Customer Relationship Management System technology, the Data Warehouse model of Mobile Customer Relationship Management system has been analyzed and designed detailed. Mainly combine with the special feature of business of telecommunications companies, builds the data model which has three subjects (custom, Product and marketing)and satisfies requirements of most telecommunications companies. At the same time, providing the division of Data Granularity and Data ETL progress design elaborately.
