The age of today is the age of information explosion.With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,the telecom industry in China is constantly developing,the number of users is increasing constantly,and the customer information that the telecom enterprises want to preserve and analyze continues to increase.With the disruption of the trade barriers in telecom industry,the competition faced by telecom enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.How to make better use of customer information in order to achieve efficient development of the telecommunications industry has become a key part of the competition in the telecommunications industry.The customer management method of traditional enterprise management is no longer suitable for the existing data volume,so the customer relationship management system arises at the historic moment.Customer relationship management system first appeared in sales oriented enterprises.With the continuous development of enterprise management culture,it has entered all walks of life.In order to make good use of customer information and realize the rapid upgrading of telecom enterprises,an easy-to-use management method of customer relationship is indispensable.The development trend of telecom operators at home and abroad is to establish their own customer relationship management system.As one of the three telecom operators in Wanzhou,China Telecom Wanzhou branch is facing the fierce competition in the telecom industry.It aims to excavate potential customers and maintain high quality customers by transferring the company's energy in the price war to the construction of customer relationship management,which provides high quality service and customer satisfaction.To improve the customer satisfaction of the enterprise.This paper expounds the research background and significance of the Wanzhou telecom customer relationship management system.With reference to the existing technology at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related software engineering technologies used in this system,and extensively investigates the advanced mode of customer relationship inside and outside the industry.Based on the detailed analysis of the research method,the shortcomings of the customer management function in the existing business support system are dug,and the related demand research is carried out according to the development status of Wanzhou Telecom,and the customer relationship management of Wanzhou Telecom is designed and realized.In the design of the program,the method of layered design is adopted,and the design process of the program is optimized.The system is designed with B/S architecture,the Spring Boot framework is used to develop,the MySQL database and the Bootstrap front-end framework are used to develop the modular development as the concept,and the customer relationship management system of Wanzhou Telecom is made.It is divided into five sub modules,and the Wanzhou telecom customer relationship management system is realized.In the system test,the function test method is selected to carry out the test of each sub function through the design use case.On the basis of realizing the basic function of the traditional customer relationship management system,and referring to the successful experience of the telecommunication industry at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of Wanzhou Telecom,the existing business support system is integrated,and the customer relationship management system which meets the development characteristics of Wanzhou Telecom is designed and realized.The system makes full use of the existing Internet advanced technology,and satisfies the demand of customer relationship management at the present stage of Wanzhou Telecom and realizes the business needs under the premise of satisfying the stability.
