Today in the 21 th century,customer relationship management as a new management concept,has become an important business strategy.Customer relationship management as a new management strategy,a comprehensive analysis of the potential value of customers at the same time,effectively integrate enterprise resources,not only enhance the customer loyalty,and improve customer satisfaction,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and thus get more benefits.This paper use the lamp enterprises as the object,the study of database design and data model of customer relationship,customer relationship value,customer relationship management system of mining and Analysis on technical problems such as design of the module and the basic realization of the overall framework of customer relationship management system.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the origin and development background of the CRM system and its application status at home and abroad,and discusses the necessity of developing the system.On the basis of previous studies,combing customer relationship,the establishment of customer relationship value model,and the use of data mining technology.Design a set of CRM systems to maintain existing customer relationships,develop future partnerships,and gain more value.The implementation of customer relationship management system.On the basis of the design of the whole architecture of the system,the basic module is designed.The realization of enterprise customer relationship system.The basic functions of the customer relationship management system were tested by using the raw material purchasing and the customer data of the products of the lamp.The system was debugged and verifiedfrom the aspects of information inquiry,customer classification and contribution.
