With the rapid development of our national economy,Pumped-storage Power Station have developed promptly.In 2004 the country has been put into operation of 10 Pumped-storage Power Station.However,the security risk detection of the Pumped-storage Power Station's pressure pipeline has always been a relatively difficult problem to be overcome.The topics use the remote-control underwater vehicle(ROV) as the carrier,detecting the pressure of the pipeline wall with high-resolution low-light underwater camera,sonar of five components, laser-scale apparatus so as to determine if there is security risk.In order to complete the needs of shore-based navigation,power control and detection of information gathering such a large number of real-time data exchange when the remote-control underwater vehicle for underwater operations.Based on time-division multiplexing technology and wavelength division multiplexing technology,this topic use serial transmission means to achieve an digital fiber optic transmission system with an optical fiber to transmit all the information.The overall design of the system based on one piece of FPGA chip,with the Verilog language,and IP core toolbox in Altera Quartusâ…ˇsoftware,designing the function of time division multiplexing, solution of time-division multiplexing and high-speed serial transmit-receive and do the functional simulation and board-level simulation of each functions of the functional simulation and board-level simulation.The digital optical fiber transmission system is composed with the FPGA core circuit,video A/D converter circuit and video D/A converter circuit with which one-way non-compressed video data transmission and 8-way full-duplex transmission were achieved as well as using optical transceiver modules and WDM device. With the design of this digital fiber optic transmission system,it can work for a long time under the very complex electromagnetic environment in the underwater robot's e-bay with a clear image quality,low-data error as well as the communications support of long time-working under water for the underwater vehicle.
