So, it can’t guarantee the confidentiality of electronic documents and the authenticity of the identity of the sender. So information security must be paid attention to in the document transmission.In order to solve the security of electronic documents and the authenticity of the identity of the sender in the network transmission, we need to design and implement a Word document for the electronic seal system. This paper mainly analyzes and designs the electronic seal system based on the structural method, The electronic seal system is set up by C/S; Using server SQL 2005 database to complete the storage of electronic seal system data; The generation of key pairs is realized by using asymmetric key algorithm-RSA algorithm; A combination of Key USB and PKI technology to store the user’s key and digital certificates, security key and certificate; The use of bookmarks technology and ActiveX control technology to achieve the positioning and seal; The use of digital signature technology to achieve encryption and decryption of electronic documents, to ensure the confidentiality of documents; Using digital certificate technology to achieve the identity, the identity of the identity of the sender. The electronic document can be encrypted and verified, so as to realize the secure transmission of documents on the network, lay a good foundation for the paperless office.In this paper, the research significance of electronic seal and the status quo of the application of electronic seal in China are described. This shows the necessity of electronic seal in practical application.. Secondly, this paper introduces some mainstream technology in the field of information security. Including data encryption, symmetric key and asymmetric key, digital signature, digital certificate, PKI technology and USB Key technology. This is the electronic seal to achieve a good theoretical and technical basis. Thirdly, the author analyzes the existing electronic seal system, and concludes the system structure and the electronic seal system. Finally, through the analysis and design of electronic seal system, this paper introduces the method to realize the system function, test electronic seal system. At the same time, the author also points out the shortage of his design, and comes up with improvement idea for the further development of the future.
