Research And Implementation Of The Electronic Seal System Based On The Word Document Transmission

With the rapid development of digital government affair system and OA system,e-document transmits between different networks more and more frequently. The questions need to be solved are how to safeguard the validity,uniqueness,the tractability illegal duplication-proof and illegal revision-proof of the official documents. The emergence of electronic seal solve this problem. It not only has the same effect of the traditional seal,but also solve the problems of easily forged and need to carefully custody. In the situation of enacting the electronic signature law,the electronic seal will inevitably replace the traditional seal, it will play an important role in the document transmission. Basing on the above demands,we development the electronic seal system based on the ducument transmission. In this paper we will give research and implementation of the electronic seal system.This electronic seal system is based on digital signature and Microsoft the word re-development technologies,and it has combined PKI technology and USB Key technology and used relevant knowledge of cryptography,image processing,COM components.The paper discusses the application background and significance,and brings forward the researched content in the first section. In the second section,we introduce the theory and technology,including PKI technology,USB Key technology,digital signature technology and COM component technology. In the third section,we discuss the encountered problems of the electronic seal system,then we put forward the design project of the system and show the flow chart. In the fourth section,we detail the implement of the electronic seal system.
