Design And Implementation Of Document Exchange System Of Judicial Authorities

As a new type of document,electronic document can replace the traditional paper document completely under the support of information technology,and it has the advantage of unrealizable application of paper document.Electronic official document is the electronic version of traditional official document by means of Internet platform,software technology and other technical means.Its content and credibility remain unchanged,and it has shown outstanding performance in terms of efficiency,accuracy and security of official document exchange.This system is already a software system integrating official document daily management and office management.With panjin prison in liaoning province as the background,based on the full analysis of the deficiencies of the existing traditional official document exchange process of this department,the thesis has proposed a new solution based on information-based means.The judicial document exchange system will be used in the prison system for document management,collaborative office,conference work,personal office,and will play an important role.To ensure the smooth implementation of various office business of the system,the introduction of software engineering ideas and technologies,the efficiency of system development and the stability of system application are guaranteed by the.net platform,and the powerful expansibility of system functions is guaranteed by the three-layer technical architecture.In this study,software engineering UML modeling tool was used to realize the study of system analysis,system design and other stages,and the application verification of the document exchange system of judicial organs was completed by LoadRunner test tool.In order to enhance the security of the electronic documents in the exchange stage and ensure that the electronic documents are not changed,the watermark processing of the electronic seal is realized through the joint encryption of the electronic seal MD5 and RSA to achieve the authenticity and non-repudiation of the transmission of the official documents,so as to improve the credibility and integrity of the official documents.Through the research in this paper and the practical application of the system,the system has achieved certain research results and good practical application feedback,which has certain research value and reference significance.
