With the development and application of computer science technology, an unheard-of change had happend in the whole society therefore.The government hope to enhance the working efficiency by computer science technology, and enterprise hope to increase benefit by means of computer science technology. The demands of computer application from government and enterprise is the primary strength of forcing development of computer science technology all long.stamper and signature is very important in the affair of tradition work in government and enterprise.This article according to the characteristic of traditional signature and stamper,combinic the demands of signature and seal in e-Government-affair work information system,inosculates the technology of middleware and e-government-affair security, makes use of Object Oriented and component technology, integrates correlation knowledge of compositive cryptogram, PKI,seal digital image, ActiveX etc,studies and achieves digital e-signature-seal middleware based on Web which is used in Internet/Intranet environment.This article brings forward the architecture of e-signature-seal system in the Internet/Intranet environment,introduces the creating,saving,distributing and using of e-signatur-stampter and analyses the security necessarily.In the end, the article discusses privotal techniques deployment and application of the system in the e-government and e-commerce.The article's structure is: Chapter 1, introduces the background , sense, development status in inland andoutland and origin of problem.
