Research & Implementation Of Production Management System Of Medium And Small-scale ERP

The technology of generic ERP system is an effective guarantee of promoting the manufacturing industry development at full speed and improving the competitiveness of medium and small-scale manufacturing enterprises of our country. The research, development and implementing of the technology of generic ERP system have attracted more and more attentions.The production management is one of the important parts of the Computer Integrated Manufacture and generic ERP system that faces the medium and small-scale manufacturing companies; it takes a very important status in the informatization of manufacturing companies. However, it is also a difficult point and weak link in this domain at present.The production management model abstracts the production management module, which is beneficial to the foundation and realization of the management model. The work-center-based production management model divides production into five sub-modules: production structure, production capacity, production time, production process and production cost. It reflects the concrete production process of the manufacturing companies in a succinct and intuitionist way.The production scheduling is the core of production management, whose essence is production planning and control. The recursive reasoning algorithm based on delivery date applies heuristic method in operational mathematic model. After finishing of final product structure resolving, the algorithm is used to make the gradual arrangement of production planning of work center and its work time to all intermediate products and archives rational production scheduling and control.The production management system of medium and small-scale manufacturing enterprises has realized on Delphi 7.0 developing platform and SQL Server 2000 database. Simulation indicates the recursive reasoning algorithm based on delivery date is feasible and effectual. It can carry out the optimization in subsection processing time, subsection storage cycle and production cost, etc. And the production management system functions well in practice.
