Under the severe situation of global climate change and soaring energy prices,energy conservation and carbon reduction has become a common concern of all countries.The largest consumption of fossil energy in China is industry,whose power consumption accounts for 67% of the total domestic power consumption.Therefore,it is extremely urgent for industrial enterprises to optimize their energy consumption to transform and upgrade as a whole.Enterprise S belongs to the power equipment manufacturing industry,which consumes more than 3.6 million kilowatt-hours of electricity every year.It is a typical high-energy industrial enterprise.Taking the PCB plug-in mixed-model production workshop of S Company as the object,this paper focuses on the applicable energy-saving management methods,and proposes a method based on scheduling optimization to reduce the production energy consumption of the workshop,aiming to provide practical reference for energy saving and consumption reduction in the production of relevant power equipment manufacturing industry,and provide theoretical support and method guidance for production scheduling managers.The research work and results of this paper are summarized as follows.1.First of all,through the research and analysis of the current situation of energy consumption in plug-in mixed-model production workshop of S Company,it is clear that the main problem that leads to the waste of energy consumption in the workshop is to completely rely on manual experience for production scheduling,which makes the standby time of the machine in the production process too long,thus causing the waste of energy consumption.2.The production scheduling mathematical model corresponding to the complex production characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of the mixed-flow workshop is studied.In view of the complex production process,the mathematical model creatively considers the constraints of different types of plug-in processes,different allocatable machines,different line change times,and limited machine available time,and uses the external point penalty function method to consider the constraints of urgent orders;At the same time,an energy management system is built to collect production and energy consumption data,so as to refine the mathematical model.3.The research uses genetic algorithm to solve the scheduling mode with the lowest energy consumption,builds a two-level coding method of process sequence and machine sequence based on Matlab,and then uses three days of workshop production data to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.The numerical analysis results show that compared with scheduling based on manual experience,using intelligent algorithm to manage scheduling can make the energy saving rate of unit plug-in reach 33%~43%.4.Finally,the energy saving management effect of the algorithm in practical application is studied.The unit plug-in energy saving rate is 26%,but the actual production scheduling deviates from the theoretical Gantt chart management plan.Therefore,this paper studies the impact of factors such as order insertion and capacity estimation on the implementation of the algorithm in actual production conditions.
