On the basis of investigation for manufacture-enterprise production-scene and a mass of Chinese and English reference about production schedule, a relational structure of up-down stream parts with limited buffer is established. A harmonious production schedule problem for multiple product lines is presented by regarding it as an object of study. Two models are established, which are the basis of studying Flow-shop schedule for multiple product lines. The paper illuminates detailedly from three aspects: the establish of mathematic models for production schedule, optimal arithmetic and the design of examples .On the aspect of production schedule models, by the demand for the time-sharing outputs of the main production and subsidiary production and synchronous subsidiary production, the paper gives production schedule models of minimal cost and maximal benefit of subsidiary production and synchronous subsidiary production. On the aspect of the optimal arithmetic of production schedule, since the models are established on the basis of the uncertain quantity each period and the objective functions are nonlinear, the paper converts the nonlinear objective function to linear one by introducing proper constraints and adopts the simplex algorithm and branch and bound method to simulate, after the product quantity each period is gained, ordering the production. Finally, the detailed schedule table is listed. On the aspect of the design of simulation examples, the paper gives the simulation examples of different work stations and adopts OOP methods for designing simulation program by VC++6.0.Finally, simulation results of several examples prove the efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
