The manufactures of the PCBA are almost facing the complex problem of production-scheduling for the production model of multiple types and small scale, under the condition of complicate and diversified demands of customs.This paper emphasizes on the production system of SMT, studying the single process of the parallel-machines, mix the total completed time of the short-termed production scheduling, achieving higher utilization of machines.There are so many factors that might affect production scheduling, including the materials'arrived time, the production delivery, the differentiation among the production lines, the utilizations of the lines and the set up time, and so on. Generally almost the past studies just consider several factors of them, leading to the poor satisfaction to the real production.This paper, studying the factors of the differentiation of the production lines, the characters PCB Bottom side, the Top side and the set up time, builds a mathematics model of the production system and solves it successfully. This paper applies the Genetic Algorithms and programming to the process of solving this mathematics model, basing on the tool of Matlab7. Synthesizing the mathematics model, the solving process and the result of the model, I strongly believe that this method of production scheduling to be efficiency.
