To know well the production data at the right moment is vital during the production process. The data can reflect timely the current production condition and a certain task's progressing condition, and also reflect a task's allocation situation in the current workshop. It can improve production efficiency by gathering related data information and arranging reasonable production program. The quantity of the data's information is very huge, and its content is complex and changeable, which needs various statistical analysis to the data during the production. The traditional production management mode is paper management pattern generally handled by manpower. All kinds of operation data are filled in the corresponding paper form by the information management personnel, and the data statistics is also done by handwork or the simple calculator, the adjustment of the production plan from the upper department, the release of the production information and the information transmission between different departments are also depended on the oral or paper method. These paper processing ways handled by manpower cause the efficiency of information inquiry about the production plan and the production progress very low. The method of the oral or paper information transmission has brought much inconvenience, and is easy to make a mistake. The management work of the production plan is far from perfect because of using data processing method handled by manpower, some basic data transmissions and the management are very difficult to achieve absolute accuracy, which causes the low efficiency of the production plan arrangement and brings much inconvenience, and effect the release and exchange of the information between different departments (such as production department, sales department). With the unceasing development and improvement of the computer information processing and network, the digital management of the production progressing information is also imperative under the situation.This system is especially designed for the printing flow of Tung Kong Security Printing Co., Ltd. Its main goal is to arrange production more reasonably. Under the premise which the production processing route is determined, combining with the standard of company's production ration, based on the above basic data and supported by the data information department, the production department will try to work out the integrated production progressing inquiry system on the base of the actual production situation according to the following ideas: all products are real-time monitored, the products' dynamic production processing appears in the computer program, the combination of the scheduled arrangement and the existing production progressing is improved, and also fully considering the company's product characteristics of order forms and subpoenas, this system should directly show all issued subpoena, arranged subpoena, the subpoena in production, as well as the processing subpoena in a certain working procedure, the arrangement plan of a certain working procedure, waiting time and the non-worked subpoena and so on. It can allow the statistician and the workshop director to more directly arrange the work plan, simultaneously it can reduce the sales representatives' and the product-delivering personnel's time of finding out the product they need around the whole workshop, it can also provide a more accurate basis of the delivery budget for the printing department.This system enhances the scientific and standard level of the production progressing management, and realizes the integration of various operation of the production progressing management and the integration of the operation flow pipelining. The digitization and standardization of information strengthens the utilization of the current production resource management, and promotes the establishment of the highly effective, scientific and integrated management system, which is significant for all levels of leaders' decision-making.
