Huaxin Enterprise Group Production Management System The (hxpms), Research And Design

With the development of market economy, modern corporations are confronted with more and more drastic competitive environments. Sufficiently excavating the internal potential of the enterprises is one of the efficient means to enhance the operation efficiency of manufacturing system. The developing of Production Management System(PMS) provides powerful management and technical support to enhance the operation efficiency of the corporations. Production schedule is the transition and joint of the process, which realize the change from macro-schedule to micro-schedule in PMS .The inventory management is one of the most important parts of PMS. It is also the core of the management of materials in corporations. Managing Storages scientifically and arranging production schedules rationally are important conditions for corporations to win advantages in fierce competitive environments.Based on the implemental background of Jiujiang Huaxin PMS Project, this thesis describes elementary designs of the whole project, and elaborates the Inventory Model and Production Schedule Model. Finally, it provides some concrete examples of the project enforcement. It also does some preliminary research on the application of the Inventory Model and Production Schedule Model in the project.Firstly, it investigates both the theory of PMS and the operation of PMS, so it demonstrates the feasibility of Huaxin PMS Project according to the actual situation in Huaxin.It carries out the demand analysis of the enterprise on the system, which includes function, capability .demand analysis and the demands of the Information System itself on the data, the operation and the system developing environment. Thus it forms the primary cognition of its overall designs.Secondly, it expounds the basic venations of the operation of Jiujiang Huaxin PMS Project, and introduces the general structural design and the developing flow design of the whole software system.Thirdly, it analyzes the system demands of production schedule system in the Jiujiang Huaxin PMS Project, and describes the formulation and the implementation of MPS, MRP and CRP.And it ultimately makes some preliminary assumption by combining the actual demands of the project.Finally, it particularly elaborates the Storage Model of the PMS Project, and does...
