| TV media is a human resource intensive industries, especially in the era of knowledge economy, human resource has become the core resource that the TV medias competed for. Learning from the experience of other advanced provincial TV stations, only to establish a set of scientific and efficient human resources management system which could attract, reserve and train talents, can they introduce, retain, and make good use of talents, which can further create the greatest social and economic benefits. Human resource planning is an important part of human resource management, which is a key factor to ensure the competitive advantage and the sustained, rapid development of human resource.The human resource planning of HB TV station has not satisfied the development of television media, and it also lags far behind other advanced provinces television. Therefore, establish and perfect the human resource planning has very important significance for the next stage of caree and industry development of HB TV station.Based on the theory of human resources planning and through the investigation on the spot, this paper make deep and systematic analysis of the current situation of human resource of HB TV station, combined with the requirements and target of the development of HB TV station and the principle of human resource planning, based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, such as labor quota method and Markov method et al.. this paper makes prediction analysis of the supply and demand of employees within the next five years, it also develop human resource planning in line with the actual situation of HB TV station in view of its development, describe the implementation of talent team construction and training plan, professional talent plan, performance management plan in detail, and then put forward the supporting measures for the implementation of human resources planning.Meanwhile, this paper put forward a set of feasible scheme for the human resource management of HB TV station within the next five years. which is of big significance for improving the level of human resource management and cultivating a batch of stuffs which can meet the needs of the rapid development of HB TV station, and which is of realistic significance for achieving the overall development goals of the station. |
