The Application Of Computer Monitor And Control Technology In The Drive Control System Of Paper Machine

With the development of automatic control and computer technology, the computer monitor and control technology of papermaking has become an important part of the comprehensive automatic control system. This paper introduces the application of the computer monitor and control technique in the drive control system of paper machine, and puts forward a scheme of the master system and the slave system, the scheme and structure of hardware, key circuit used the slave system are discussed, the software system fit to the drive control system of paper machine is designed . In allusion to request of system,design the configure software and human-machine interface of the master system. The master system is the monitor, control management and storage of the real time data. The slave system carries out the message gathering and the controlling functions. The master system and the slave system communicate with each other. The system completes the data collecting, field control, message exchanging and the real time data management function, etc. According to the existing equipment condition, developed the slave single-chip system ourselves, to make the system cheep and have strong disturb-resistant ability and easy to maintain or repair.The running result says that the system is reliable, efficient and meets the requirements of user's contract. The system has high practical value in the drive control system of paper machine. This system has been working very well after it is on stream in DiXian Group in October 2003. It not only improves the automation level of generators groups and modernization management of paper plants, but also decreases the cost of production, which reduces the work of run and maintenance workers, improves the work efficiency of paper plant.
