With the rapid increase in industrial automation, computer control in the field of industrial applications, the increasing demand for industrial automation, different types of control equipment and process control devices in the field of industrial control applications, the traditional industrial control software Has been unable to meet the various needs of users. The traditional automatic control system usually needs to carry on the one-to-one design to the scene equipment, has the development cycle to be long, the versatility is bad, lacks the user customization and so on the shortcoming. With the development of automation technology,flexibility, versatility is the future direction of the development of automated control systems, and configuration software, data acquisition and monitoring control system is to achieve the system of the key technologies. The research of industrial control system based on PLC and touch screen is very important and important to the development of general automatic configuration technology.In this paper, the development of configuration technology at home and abroad summarized the status quo, and the research involved in this article related technologies are summarized and analyzed. Considering the actual demand of the enterprise automation production line, aiming at the shortcomings such as the uneven level of operators, the difference of HMI (Human Machine Interface) and the difficulty of reusing and secondary development of the production system, Automatic detection of the current equipment, automatic generation of control procedures and HMI automatic control system. According to the system to meet the needs and the system should have the function, combined with the actual production line hardware and software structure, design of the general control system hardware and software parts. The hardware part of the system is designed according to the specific production line, which can simulate the actual production line. The software part of the system includes: ladder programming of PLC by GX Works2 software, HMI design of EB8000 Project Manager, VS2015 design PC version of the PLC control system.On the basis of the hardware system design, the test plan for the actual production line is designed, and the simulation system is simulated by several relays, which can reflect the performance of the control system intuitively. It is proved that the success rate of common control functions such as stable operation, automatic detection and automatic generation of interfaces is 100%, which can be proved by comparing the general test indexes of different configuration software for different sites and different output devices. The actual control system on the production line provides the basis for design.
