| Distributed Control System is widely used in many fields, such as electric power,mechanism,oil,chemical industry and so on, with development of modern big producing system automatization level and increasing complexity of requirement of process supervise, and it is created integrating control system. The PC-based Distributed Control System, attached with mature Configuration Software in industrial control, is an important developing direction in the control field now. The paper studies the software configuration in microcomputer-based Distributed Control System by means of the Object Oriented Programming method supported upon the Visual C++ for windows and illustrates the key technology used in Configuration Software. It finished the concrete programming design and research work, and realized design and programming of Configuration Software of control algorithm and design of graphical configuration. This software can configure control circuit, control algorithm, and any process chart can be edited by it and show on it dynamically. The file generated after configuration can be sent down to the DCS control station.Firstly the Distributed Control System is introduced in the paper. Secondly system structure and correlative contents of Configuration Software, control algorithm configuration are studied. And Object Oriented Programming technology is bringed to bear, by means of developing condition of VC++.NET and Microsoft Foundation Class, control algorithm configuration software about industrial control system is realized. Considering the demand of the real customer and referring excellent configuration software in the world, this paper chooses Factory Method from several classical methods to design the main framework of the software. The methods applied in this paper assure consistency and opening of the system. The modules of graphical editor are in charge of creation, motion, zoom and edit the graphics, and design of modification of function module of control algorithm, and it realizes preview of control functional block and modifies parameters of functional block online, and realizes passing data among functional block by means of linking linesControl circuit is designed by engineer, who can base process flow of industrial control, by means of libraries of control functional block, and can be translated and edited control file. And control functional module can be appended and designed according to requirement of engineer. The graphical system is a configuration software with friendly interface and easy to used, and it is tightly connected with running system. |
