Configuration software is the software used in industry automation field widely at present, and it is the software flat basing on computer operation system, it has became the pivotal product in industry control field. According to the field application, the software completed many functions of fieldbus instruments. Field instruments not only have functions of control, communication, also have data store and alarm function, and parameters can be modified . In the cause of design of configuration of software,real-time database systematic planning of structure and administrative system concrete implementation method to design core and difficult point . Because the key problem of the real-time database lies in dealing with the consistency that should be guaranteed the data in things, and also guarantee the exactness of the things,and they all have something to do with limiting regularly. real-time database can obtain on-the-spot data in time. At the same time the real-time data base management system is the real-time database to contact the figure system,historical database system , report form system , bridge and tie of the warning system. The paper introduces the fieldbus control system and configuration software, designed the control system which includes graphics editor subsystem and strategy builder subsystem and Real-time database subsystem based on these studies. The paper discusses the pivotal technology in the software design, has reference application value both on advancing the theoretical understand of configuration technique and on advancing the development of configuration soft system.
