This paper is according to on big stage of Gansu Engineering Technology Engineering Co.Ltd. In view of the main problems of current stage machinery of monitoring system:first of all, it based on2D configuration technology and the HMI (Human Machine Interaction) is poor; secondly, the monitoring system developed by programming language is expensive and not fitted to our habit. Thus, it completed3D monitoring system of stage wagons, which based on GENESIS64configuration software. It selected the popular industry computer of our country (IPC-610industrial control computer) as the host machine. The field bus is industrial Ethernet bus, which has the speed of10MBps.Thus, the sending and receiving of data between stage wagons and computer is immediate and accurate. The main module includes:system configuration, database configuration, configuration of the control strategy, HMI configuration.The3D monitoring software of stage wagons based on ICONICS GENESIS64generates more flexible and efficient HMI. According to the performance requirements, setting the track for running parameters of ride and generate the strategy table when it conform to the requirements of the performance. Finally, the control orders are transmitted to stage wagons and monitoring the states of them by location information, speed information and position information which are collected by OPC (OLE for Process Control) communication interface.Wireless communication is a very complicated process. The stage wagons are being in complicated and strong noise surrounding. The SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) is usually below OdB. Thus, the Wireless communication is polluted seriously. Eventually, it led to the decrease of the data accuracy, brings about wrong operations. This paper detailed describes the theory of Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD). Finally, the new method of SVD-EMD difference spectrum is used in the signal processing. The result indicates that the denoising effects are obvious and smooth in heavy noise surrounding.
