In the management of colleges, because of the large amount of student’sinformation, the relationship between the various departments is complex. Especially duringthe annual graduation, college should handle all the relevant information of the graduates in ashort time and enable them leave college sucessful, which is a complex and time-consumingwork for the management department of the college. Therefore, it is very necessary to designa leave management system for college students, which is of great significance to improve theefficiency of the management and to save management costs.The leave management system for college students,which was designed in this paper willtake place of the cumbersome manual labor, sharply reduce the burden of the management,reduce the possibility of errors occurrence, and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of themanagement. At the same time the computer store the information of students, which protectthe security of information and also save a lot of manpower and material resources. Thispaper introduces the background and the current development of leave management systemfor college graduates. Based on the poor management, high cost,waste of manpower, lowaccuracy existing in traditional leave management system, We designed the LeaveManagement System for College Graduates with practical investigation and learnedknowledge. Our system makes it possible for college to reduce costs and improve efficiency,which is worth of deploying and promoting among the colleges.In this paper, we use the JAVA programming language, B/S structure, SQL Server2000database technology on the MyEclipse platform to design and develop the system. This paperintroduces the requirements analysis of the system, describes the whole process with therelevant knowledge, designs each module and database based on the demand analysis, andfinally complete the implementation of the system. This system has the advantage ofpracticability, handleability, expandability, robustness, security, etc. This system implements the informatization and automation of Leave Management System for College Graduates andis of great value for the development of colleges. |
