Design And Implementation Of College Graduate Leaving System Based On SpringBoot

The topic of this paper is from the project of "all in one network" service portal of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology.According to the work requirements of the University and the service needs of teachers and students,the project promotes the innovation of management service with informatization,and constructs the whole campus management service system supported by informatization.The information platform for teachers and students of the whole school can realize the intelligent operation mode of multi-channel and multi choice,quickly adapt to the user's operation habits,and realize the intelligent management.Based on the scene of the service hall,the student leaving management system improves the experience of the graduates' leaving procedures,improves the efficiency of the students' leaving procedures,reduces the work pressure of the business departments,and provides convenience for the unified management of the school.This paper is based on the actual background of the management of students' leaving school,the research trends and system requirements of the management of graduates' leaving school at home and abroad is analyzed,various functional modules of users with different roles in leaving school is designed,comprehensively combs the business process of leaving school system,and designs the management system of students' leaving school according to the needs of users.The system includes four role users,namely graduates and department management Members,college administrators and system administrators,all kinds of users have different operation rights,and realize the following function modules.Graduates can view personal information,check departure procedures,handle departure procedures,etc.;department administrators can set up their own departure links,review departure procedures,etc.;college administrators can count departure data,review departure qualifications,etc.;system administrators It can manage the links of leaving school and users of management system.Finally,the business function module is tested,and the system non functional test is carried out by using the test tool Load Runner 12.6.The test result of the system is in line with the expectation,and the test is passed,which shows that the research system meets the needs of users.The system is finally integrated into the "all in one" service portal platform.In the design and implementation process,based on the open-source springboot,mybatis,redis and activiti technologies,the container cloud platform provides the application operation platform through docker and kubernetes technologies to realize the operation and maintenance automation,rapid deployment of applications,elastic scaling and dynamic adjustment of application environment resources,using high concurrency system The unified core component rocketmq message middleware improves the development efficiency and system stability.The elk real-time log analysis platform is used to help collect,analyze and search important data logs such as school teachers and students' information.The platform integrates the relevant technologies of microservice to realize the functions of the "all in one" integrated management service platform for middle school students' leaving school system.The project is originated from the need for the college to establish a comprehensive management platform,which will eventually be promoted as the "all in one" service platform of the college.It will be launched in February 2019,put into trial operation in June of that year,and complete the year-end assessment in December.At present,all functional modules of the project are in the stage of data governance and improvement,and the existing campus network can be accessed.The design and implementation of the system provides convenience for college students to leave school,saves students' time,improves the efficiency of leaving procedures,solves the problems of large amount of work,complex workflow,and tedious information statistics in the management of leaving school,realizes the high efficiency and reliability of leaving school management,and provides useful reference for the intelligent campus one network service portal.
