The hospital premises when acts of violence against health care workers haveoccurred, there are some news media for its coverage. Argumentative,theunderlying reason is that uncoordinated doctor-patient relationship.Concernedabout the health care and patient interaction during emotional laborstrategy,understanding health care professional burnout,not only can promotephysical and mental health care professionals,hospitals can effectively improveservice levels,and ultimately achieve the purpose of constructing a harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship.The study from the medical staff burnout emotionallabor and to proceed,in reference to the relevant literature on the use of emotionallabor scale,Burnout Inventory,a questionnaire on the doctor-patient relationshipXXCity,Shandong Province People’s Hospital,313medical staff to investigate usespss16.0data analysis.This study explores the differences in health care emotional labor,burnout,andthe doctor-patient relationship in the demographic variables analyzed thecorrelation between emotional labor,burnout,and the doctor-patient relationshipbetween the three variables,proved the emotional labor in regulation of burnoutand on the doctor-patient relationship and emotional burnout intermediary role inlabor and the doctor-patient relationship.The results showed that:1. Emotional labor in health care positions,age,marital status,education,and somesignificant differences exist on seniority.Burnout emotionalexhaustion,depersonalization,personal accomplishment three degrees in gender,age,marital status,education,some significant differences exist onseniority.Doctor-patient relationship exists significant differences in theposition,age,marital status,education, length of service.2. Health care workers emotional labor and job burnout significantly relatedburnout was significantly associated with the physician-patientrelationship,emotional labor and the doctor-patient relationship positivelycorrelated with objective performance problems surface subjective experience ofthe doctor,patient behavior,patient and physician behavior combined withsubjective experience were significantly correlated with the performance of deepsubjective experience of patients and physicians conduct combined with asignificant correlation.3. Deep performance dimensions of emotional labor regulation has a significant effect on the personal accomplishment dimension of burnout and patientrelationship.4. Burnout on the surface plays an intermediary role in the performance dimensionof emotional labor and the doctor-patient relationship.
