Objective: To investigate the current situation of job burnout,emotional labor and organizational support of nurses in the third grade a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the relationship among them,and to explore the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of nurses and nursing managers,so as to reduce the job burnout of nurses,alleviate their negative emotions and improve their organizational support.Methods: 324 nurses from a third class a hospital in Changchun were selected as the subjects by convenient sampling method.The self-made personal data questionnaire,job burnout scale,emotional labor scale and organizational support scale were used to investigate them.Results:1.In this study,324 nurses in the third grade a hospital were investigated.The total score of job burnout was(58.0711.52),and the average score of items was(2.640.52).The average score of items in the three dimensions was(4.661.15),emotional exhaustion(1.760.93)and depersonalization(0.980.87),respectively.The total score of emotional labor is(52.738.80),and the average score of items is(3.770.63);the average score of items in three dimensions is(5.010.70),emotional expression requirement(3.680.99)and surface play(3.280.86),respectively.The total score of organizational support was(47.196.17),and the average score of items was(3.630.47);the average score of items in the two dimensions from high to low were instrumental support(3.960.54)and emotional support(3.530.52),respectively.2.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of various dimensions of job burnout in departments,professional titles,clinical teaching status,number of night shifts,employment forms and monthly income(P < 0.05);The scores of each dimension of emotional labor in department,clinical teaching status and employment form were statistically different(P < 0.05);There were significant differences in the scores of departments,working years and night shifts(P < 0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between emotional support and instrumental support(P < 0.05);Emotional exhaustion was positively correlated with the total score of surface performance and emotional labor(P < 0.05);depersonalization was positively correlated with surface performance(P < 0.05),negatively correlated with personal achievement(P < 0.05);surface performance was positively correlated with emotional expression requirements(P < 0.05);deep performance was positively correlated with emotional expression requirements(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The job burnout of nurses in this group was in the middle level,among which emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were low;2.Emotional labor is in the middle level;nurses use more performance strategies in their work,which are deep acting,emotional expression requirements,and surface acting;3.The sense of organizational support was in the middle level,and the instrumental support felt by nurses was greater than the emotional support.4.Departments,professional titles,clinical teaching,number of night shifts,employment forms,working years and monthly income have an impact on job burnout,emotional labor and organizational support of nurses in the third grade A hospitals.5.The results of this study show that emotional labor and job burnout are significantly correlated,while organizational support is not significantly correlated with them.
