With the pace of contemporary Chinese society continues to accelerate, people’s health care environment demands arc constantly improving. Hospital as an organization of knowledge-intensive services, medical personnel as a life-saving worker, their pressure line are facing growing. Medical personnel in their daily work requires frequent exchanges with patients, high intensity of emotional tabor is essential. Researchers are still concerned about the distress and a series of negative consequences of distress. Few researchers have explored how custress impact on emotional labor strategies and job burnout. Few researchers have explored how eustress impact on emotional labor strategies and job burnout. Therefore, this study will explore the emotional labor strategy, eustress and job burnout relationship.This study of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shanxi three hospitals200medical staff questionnaires,185valid questionnaires were collected using SPSS19.0statistical software, the results obtained are as follows:First, In impact of emotional labor strategy to job burnout(l)Medical personnel surface acting and emotional exhaustion was a significant positive corrclation.(2)Medical personnel deep acting with depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment was a significant negative correlation.(3)Medical personnel natural emotional expression and depersonalization was a significant negative correlation.Second, In impact of eustress to job burnoul(1)Medical personnel positive affect and depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment was a significant negative correlalion.(2)Mcdical personnel hope and depersonalization reduced personal accomplishment was a significant negative correlation.(3)Medical personnel mcaningfulness and emotional exhaustion, reduced personal accomplishment was a significant negative correlation.(4)Medical personnel manageability and emotional exhaustion reduced personal accomplishment was a significant negative correlation.Third, eustress impact on emotional labor strategies and job bumout.(1)Medical personnel eustress impact on surface acting and job burnout.This adjustment showed higher eustress, positive correlation between surface acting and job burnout weaker.(2)Medical personnel eustress impact on deep acting and job burnout. This adjustment showed higher eustress, negative correlation between deep acting and job burnout stronger..(3)Eustress impact natural emotional expression and job burnout was not significant.Fourth, In influence of demographic variables on eustress and job burnout.(1)Different gender medical staff was significant differences on hope and depersonalization.(2)Medical personnel of different ages in hope, meaningful, manageability, emotional exhaustion, depersonatization have a significant difference.(3)Medical personnel of different jobs in positive affect, hope, depersonalization have a significant difference.(4)Medical personnel of different marital status in positive affect, hope, reduced personal accomplishment depersonalization have a significant difference.(5)Medical personnel of different degree in positive affect, hope have a significant difference.(6)Medical personnel of different working times just in manageability has a significant difference.
