In recent years,violence against doctors in hospital has occurred from time to time and has been covered by the news media.To get to the bottom of the matter,the deep reason is the incoordination between doctors and patients.The increasingly "abnormal" doctor-patient relationship not only has a serious impact on the medical service market,but also gradually becomes a hidden worry of social harmony.Paying attention to the emotional labor strategy in the communication between doctors and patients and understanding the organizational support status of doctors can not only promote the physical and mental health of doctors,but also effectively improve the level of hospital management and medical service,and finally achieve the goal of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This study started from the impact of doctors' emotional labor on doctor-patient relationship.271 doctors filled out questionnaires about emotional labor scale,doctor-patient relationship scale and organizational support scale,which were based on the references to relevant literature,and the data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0.This study discusses the difference on the doctor emotional labor,perceived organizational support and the doctor-patient relationship in demographic variables,analyzes the correlation among the emotional labor,perceived organizational support and doctor-patient relationship and the influence of emotional labor on doctor-patient relationship,the influence of perceived organizational support on the doctor emotional labor,and the moderating effect of organizational support on emotional labor and doctor-patient relationship.The research results show that:1.There are some significant differences in age,marital status,educational background and professional title among doctors' emotional labor,superficial performance,deep performance and natural performance.There are some significant differences in age,marital status,educational background and professional title among the three dimensions of doctor-patient relationship and subjective experience of doctors,objective behavioral problems of patients and the combination of subjective experience of doctors and patients' behaviors.There were some significant differences in age,marital status,educational background and professional title between the two dimensions of organizational support,help support and respect support.2.The emotional labor of doctors is significantly positively correlated with the doctor-patient relationship,and the perceived organizational support is significantly negatively correlated with the doctor-patient relationship.The superficial expression of emotional labor is significantly positively correlated with the doctor-patient relationship,and is significantly negatively correlated with the perceived organizational support.3.The perceived organizational support of doctors has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between doctors and patients in the superficial manifestation dimension of emotional labor.
