Research On The Relationship Between Emotional Labor, Job Burnout And Work Stress In Service Enterprise Employees

With the acceleration of the process of globalization, especially the rapid development of service businesses, emotional labor is becoming a hot topic of concern. Employees of emotional labor not only affects the health and efficiency of their work, but also for the development of the efficiency of enterprises have a close relationship.This study selected service employees as research subjects, using emotional labor scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory and Work Stress Scale and other commonly used research tool designed to explore the employee's emotional labor, job burnout, stress three variables Status and relationships.
