With the acceleration of the process of globalization, especially the rapid development of service businesses, emotional labor is becoming a hot topic of concern. Employees of emotional labor not only affects the health and efficiency of their work, but also for the development of the efficiency of enterprises have a close relationship.This study selected service employees as research subjects, using emotional labor scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory and Work Stress Scale and other commonly used research tool designed to explore the employee's emotional labor, job burnout, stress three variables Status and relationships. The main results are as follows:(1)Service employees of emotional labor on demographic variables such as level of education reached a significant level.Service employees work burnout in age, gender and other demographic variables reach a significant level.Service employees working pressures on gender, age, marital status and other demographic variables reached a significant level.(2)Service employees of emotional labor and job burnout were significantly correlated positively correlated with the surface plays burnout, deep acting negatively correlated with job burnout.Emotional labor service employees with work stress were significantly related to the surface positively correlated with work pressure play, deep play and work stress negatively correlated.Service employees work stress and job burnout significant positive correlation, the greater the working pressure, the greater the degree of burnout.(3)Service Employees emotional labor on job burnout, stress has predict.(4)Service employees work stress burnout could predict.(5)Service employees work stress has an intermediary role in the process of emotional labor have an impact on job burnout, and emotional labor can act directly on job burnout, and can have an impact on job burnout through an intermediary role in the working pressure.
