| PurposeThis study focuses on the research subjects of medical workers in the fight against the epidemic in Hubei,and uses the Organizational Support Scale,Emotional Labor Scale,and Occupational Identity Scale to study their high-load emotional labor in a time-critical and task-heavy environment Relevance to organizational support.And introduce professional identity as an intermediary variable to explore its role in the influence of organizational support on emotional labor.Through the three variables of organizational support,emotional labor,and occupational identification,we investigate the occupational status of medical aid workers in Hubei on the front line of the epidemic prevention in Hubei,and study the high emotional labor of medical aid workers in Hubei from the two aspects of organizational support and professional identity.The influencing factors provide an important theoretical basis for enriching relevant theories of hospital management,discussing hospital human resource motivation skills and hospital management practices.MethodsConvenience sampling method is adopted,and the survey time is from January 6,2021 to January 9,2021.170 people who participated in the anti-epidemic aid to Hubei were selected from three-level or higher hospitals in Jiangsu,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Hunan,and Sichuan.Medical staff as the research object,distributed 170 questionnaires and returned 170 questionnaires,with a recovery rate of 100%.The research tools include the organizational support scale,the emotional labor scale,and the occupational identity scale.The questionnaire was used to conduct questionnaire surveys on the research subjects.Use SPSS26.0 to enter the data of the questionnaire results,use SPSS26.0,Amos26.0 statistical software to use statistics such as reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,structural equation model,mediation effect test,etc.Methods to analyze and process the data.Result1.The status quo of organizational support,emotional labor and professional identity of medical workers assisting HubeiThe overall average score of the sense of organizational support for medical workers in Hubei is(4.48±0.92)points.There are differences in the sense of organizational support among medical workers in Hubei,but the overall sense of organizational support is relatively strong,which is in the upper-middle level.The dimensions of organizational support from high to low are work support(4.63±0.94)points,value identification(4.38±0.96)points,and interest concerns(4.20±1.17)points.The total average score of emotional labor of the medical workers in Hubei is(4.21 ± 0.58)points.The emotional labor level of the medical workers in Hubei in the fight against the epidemic is relatively high,which is in the upper middle level.The various dimensions of emotional labor from high to low are the natural performance dimension(4.25±0.65)points,the deep performance dimension(4.09±0.92)points,and the shallow performance dimension(4.04±0.77)points.The total average score of the professional identification of the medical staff in Hubei is(4.24±0.48)points.The professional identification level of the medical staff in the fight against the epidemic in Hubei is relatively high,which is in the upper middle level.The dimensions of occupational identity from high to low are the sense of grasp(4.62±0.48),the sense of self-efficacy(4.46±0.55),the sense of meaning(4.45±0.57),and the sense of consistency(4.29±0.59).Points,self-determination dimension(4.07 ±0.79)points,patient influence dimension(4.05±0.72)points,organization influence dimension(3.61 ± 0.93)points.2.The relationship between the sense of organizational support,emotional labor and professional identity of medical workers assisting Hubei.There is a general positive correlation between the sense of organizational support,emotional labor,and professional identity of medical workers assisting Hubei(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients are r=0.443,r=0.63 1,and r=0.511,respectively.The three dimensions of organizational support,emotional labor,and professional identity are also positively correlated.3.The causal relationship between the sense of organizational support,emotional labor and professional identity of medical workers assisting Hubei.Through multiple linear regression,it can be seen that the sense of organizational support of medical workers in Hubei has a positive impact on emotional labor(t=6.39,P<0.001),and the sense of organizational support has positive effects on the shallow,deep,and natural performance dimensions of emotional labor.Impact(t=2.27,t=3.73,t=6.13).The sense of organizational support for medical workers in Hubei has a positive impact on professional identity(t=10.62,P<0.001),and the sense of organizational support has a sense of consistency,grasp,sense of meaning,sense of self-efficacy,and sense of self-determination.Dimensions,organizational impact dimensions and patient impact dimensions have positive effects(t=7.93,t=4.86,t=5.97,t=4.61,t=9.02,t=1.08,t=5.09).The professional identity of medical workers assisting Hubei has a positive impact on emotional labor(t=8.10,P<0.001),and professional identity has positive effects on the shallow,deep,and natural performance dimensions of emotional labor(t=3.29,t=5.28,t=8.25).4.The mediating effect of professional identity in the organizational support of medical workers in Hubei and emotional laborThrough the Bootstrap mediation effect test method,it can be seen that the indirect effect path coefficient of professional identity between organizational support and emotional labor is 0.080,and the confidence interval is[0.03,0.18],excluding 0,and there is an indirect effect.Professional identity is in the relationship between organizational support and emotional labor.The direct effect path coefficient between emotional labor is 0.031,the confidence interval[-0.03,0.11],including 0,there is no direct effect,the total effect path coefficient of professional identity between.organizational support and emotional labor is 0.111,and the confidence interval is[0.04,0.19],does not contain zero,so in summary,occupational identity is a completely mediating effect between organizational support and emotional labor.Conclusion1.The sense of organizational support,emotional labor,and professional identity of medical workers assisting Hubei are all at the upper-middle level.2.The sense of organizational support,emotional labor,and occupational identity of medical workers assisting Hubei are positively correlated,and the dimensions of the three variables are also positively correlated.3.The sense of organizational support for medical workers in Hubei has a positive impact on
