The Research Of Human Resource Management Mode In Construction Project

Human resource management in construction projects is an important component of construction projects management. On the basis of discussing the domestic and overseas research results on this subject, this thesis identifies and expresses the theory and practice of human resource management in construction projects using relevant theories, then expatiates on the purpose and significance of studying human resource management mode in construction projects. On this basis, this thesis deeply studies the organization of construction projects, organization planning, personnel collection, performance measurement and ability development. An empirical analysis of a large and medium sized construction project of a company is presented, which further verifies the feasibility and operability of the mode.As construction projects have the characteristic of once-off, specialty, and gradual integrality, this thesis describes the organization and the feature of organization performance in the construction projects in the research of organization and organization planning firstly. And the characteristic of the organization and personnel in the construction projects are presented according to different stages, such as the design plan, feasibility research, implementation and ending. Then the input, output and conversion course of organization and organization planning are discussed from the aspects of external and internal environment in the view of systems engineering. The impacts and coordination of several types of stakeholders are presented in the conversion course. The important function of project manager and project team in human resource management of a project and the management of the majority of stakeholder are pointed out in comparison to project sponsor. At last, SCT organization structure and organization structure reference model in construction projects are presented in the output course in the viewpoint of organization structure. Although this model does not disengage the effect of conventional structure, it presents developing trends of organization in construction projects in present and future.
