Project management as an effective management method system,with the project management methods and technology in all enterprises on the integrated use of the project,as the protection of enterprise product market-leading product development work is also generally began to use the project management approach to carry out.The kitchen cabinet has been widely accepted by the world.With a strong competitive advantage of the kitchen cabinet business needs to occupy a favorable position,R&D is to maintain a competitive advantage of a powerful tool.The high performance of the product development project team needs to rely on matching organizational structure and effective human resource management.This thesis takes BC company as the research object,analyzes the problems and difficulties of organizational and human resource management encountered in BC company's new product development process.On this basis,combining with the theoretical knowledge of project management,using normative analysis,qualitative analysis,case analysis and other research methods,The thesis puts forward the organizational structure of the strong matrix project based on the process and clarifies the responsibilities and power of the project management office and the responsibilities and powers of the project manager.It is believed that the implementation of the strong matrix organization structure can basically solve the current existence of the BC company in the case of multi-project operation Of the problem,improve the project operating efficiency.At the same time,the thesis puts forward a scheme of human resource management of product development project of BC company,establishes the qualification system of product development personnel,and improves the new incentive measures such as project team member performance evaluation system and bonus pool.After confirming the implementation of BC,it is proved that the proposed improvement plan is feasible,not only improves the communication problem of organization,but also improves the problem of multi-project resource allocation and enhances the ownership and engagement of product development project members.Improve the success rate of the project.
