On the basis of discussing the domestic and overseas research results on this subject, this thesis identifies and expresses the theory and practice of human resource management in construction projects using relevant theories, then expatiates on the purpose and significance of studying human resource management mode in construction projects. On this basis, this thesis deeply studies the organization of construction projects, organization planning, personnel collection, performance measurement and ability development. An empirical analysis of a large and medium sized construction project of a company is presented, which further verifies the feasibility and operability of the mode.Because the unconventionality of human resource collection in construction projects is not uncommon, this thesis develops the process and method for personnel collection. The right persons are designated to the right job through staffing plan. By combing the negotiation with test and evaluation, the selection of personnel becomes more reasonable and feasible.Performance measurement index and evaluation model of human resource in construction projects are developed with binary relative evaluation method (DEA). Human resource in a large and medium sized construction project of a company is verified and analyzed with this model. The feasibility and operability of the model are validated. Finally, recommendations and measures are presented for the implementation of human resource management mode in construction projects. |
