Study On Model And Empirical Of Human Resources Management On Construction Projects

Human resources management of construction project is an important construction project management component. Based on research results from both at home and abroad, this paper defines and formulates the connotation and characteristics of human resources management in building project, and elaborates the purpose and significance of the study of human resources management mode in construction project. On this basis, around the building project planning and organization, personnel placement, capacity development, performance evaluation conducted in-depth studies and to Dongzhimen Aviation Services Building projects for the study, the empirical analysis, and further demonstrates that the model of the feasibility and operability. Finally the paper proposes human resources management mode in construction project measures and proposals for the implementation.
