The Study Human Resource Management Mode On Century Garden Project Of Tian Hong Company

Human resource management in construction projects is an important component of construction projects management. On the basis of discussing the domestic and overseas research results on this subject, this thesis identifies and expresses the theory and practice of human resource management in construction projects using relevant theories,then expatiates on the purpose and significance of studying human resource management mode in construction projects. On this basis, this thesis deeply studies human resource management in construction projects. An empirical analysis is presented.The objective of this thesis is human resource management in construction project.By using the relevant theory of human resource management and the methods &theory of modern project management, and integrating the theory, mode methods and the quantitive analysis, it makes a full, deep and systematic study on the human resource management mode in construction project. The thesis mainly covers the following five parts:Chapter 1 is exordium .In this part, It puts forward the methods and ideas of the study, based on the analysis of the relational domestic and international reference documents and the present human resources management condition in China's construction project management areas;Chapter 2 reviews the documents on project management and project Human Resource management;Chapter 3 sums up the main content of resources management and the mutual affect relations of project and the human resources in construction project management. Based on the analysis above, the structure of human resource management in construction project put forward;Chapter 4 has an analysis for CENTURY GARDEN project and points out problems in the human resource management of this project, and then gives the settlement measures; The last part summarizes the thesis and points out the main problems existing in the study.This thesis has carried on research and discussion on the HR distribution and management problems. With an example project, it has analyzed the present manpower resource distribution of that enterprise, and put forward some questions and corresponding countermeasures. It is worth to be a lesson to some similar enterprises.
