Firstly, this paper introduce the status of current domestic & international project human resource management, then introduce the purpose of this paper.Secondly, introduce the current basic theory of project management and human resource management. Then introduce the characteristic of project human resource management.Thirdly, introduce the project human resource management status of company A, and then one by one to analyze the issue of company A project human resource management, via project management theory and human resource management theory. Introduce the importance of project human resource management; therefore, analyze some general issue for company A project human resource management.At the same time, Analyze what is the project management expectation for project human resource management; then analyze what is the project team member expectation for project management; also analyze the expectation of each project party.Finally, combine with company A actual status of project human resource management, analyze how to build a project organization; deeply analyze the project team member performance measurement:introduce the meaning of performance measurement, factor of impact. Process system, assessment theory, then improves one set of owner engineering department project team compensation system:such as, should comply with the principle of compensation system, should consider the variety factors, how to build the compensation system, etc, Give some suggestions on how to improve their project human resource management, improve their performance measurement and improve their promotion system of performance.
