SGS is an inspection company who is a joint venture with Switzerland. SGS is founded in China ten more years ago. At the beginning, there is only 7 staffs, till now there are more than 3 thousands staffs working in China. Almost 200 staffs in Tianjin. In these years, SGS has enlarged his business very quickly and in fact it has achieved great success. But from the time being we also have found out a lots of problems of management in SGS and it appears very serious and urgent. To find out a good way of Human recourses management, which is excellent and suitable to SGS presently, is the only way for us to do. .The thesis has researched and analysised the SGS management system of human resources according to the actual situation using the theory and method of human resources management, from the human resource plan, the position analysis and the appraisal, the talents arrangement, the performance inspection, the salary system, the training management to the enterprise culture. And the thesis gave a further analysis focused on the urgent and serious problem existed in SGS e.g., human resource plan, performance appraisal, salary system, the training management and the career development management, company culture. At the later part the thesis took out a implement plan accordingly.The research of the thesis has significant impellent meaning for SGS, meanwhile, because the problem confronting in SGS are common in other same field same background joint venture in China, the study of the article can also be used for the reference to them.
