| With the improvement of social economy and medical level,the public’s attention to health is increasing day by day.Governments at all levels are vigorously laying out the big health industry,and the special medical formula food(hereinafter referred to as special medical food)industry,which is in the blue ocean field,is facing unprecedented development opportunities.Optimizing and upgrading the business processes of special medical food R&D and production enterprises is a necessary path at present.As a process that runs through various departments,the optimization of financial business processes is given top priority.Building a financial sharing center has a significant positive effect on improving the operational efficiency of enterprises,implementing standardized systems,and managing risks.Therefore,building a financial sharing center and transforming financial business processes is an important foundation for special medical food enterprises to expand their strategic layout and reduce costs and increase efficiency.Starting from the perspective of building a financial sharing center,this article takes the business process of K Company’s financial sharing center as the research object,and explores the value of financial sharing centers in special medical food research and development and production enterprises.Firstly,collect literature and conduct theoretical research on the financial sharing center model and process reengineering.Secondly,it uses literature research,field research,and survey interviews to analyze the company’s current situation,focusing on the five major business situations of expense reimbursement,accounts payable,accounts receivable,general ledger,and fund management,and refining the process node functions and personnel responsibilities.Thirdly,from the perspective of process reengineering and financial sharing,the ASME analysis method and fishbone analysis method are used to analyze the five major financial processes of the company,identify problems and analyze their causes.The problems include multiple document flow steps,long approval process,low level of informatization,non-standard business modules,etc.The reasons are low level of informatization utilization,unreasonable process node settings,and non interconnected financial system data Lack of differentiation in homogeneous work content and low employee motivation.Fourthly,using the theories of financial sharing center,process reengineering,flat management,and information planning,an optimization plan for financial sharing center was designed from the dimensions of improving standardization,operational efficiency,and information system configuration.The plan includes five major financial process reengineering aspects: adding archive departments,standardizing expense reimbursement modules,establishing electronic databases,optimizing organizational structure,and expense reimbursement.Fifth,select data from K Company’s subsidiaries for analysis,compare the cost reimbursement time before and after the implementation of financial sharing,and demonstrate the effectiveness of the optimization plan by promoting the improvement of K Company’s work efficiency.At the same time,analyze the operational effectiveness of the financial sharing center of companies in the same industry to support the feasibility of the optimization plan for K Company’s financial sharing center.Practice has proven that the plan is positive and feasible.Finally,suggestions for implementation are also proposed in terms of financial information systems,employee training systems,financial management systems,and assessment and evaluation systems.This study provides reference for enterprises to build financial sharing centers and for the transformation of financial business processes in the special medical food industry. |
