In the critical period of deepening reform and increasingly fierce market competition,how to solve the problems of enterprise grouping,overstaffing,excessive staff and rising management costs caused by large-scale enterprises is a challenge that every enterprise must face in the process of development.Therefore,group enterprises must explore new management mode and integrate new technology into enterprise financial management,so as to improve the level of enterprise financial management,optimize enterprise financial organizational structure and improve the quality of enterprise financial information.In this direction,this paper combines the theory of Financial Sharing Service Center with the actual management of enterprises,in order to better solve the problems encountered in the process of group expansion and development,and enhance the competitiveness of group enterprises in the market.Based on the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign data and successful cases,this paper summarizes the characteristics,advantages,scope of application,construction methods and other theoretical knowledge of the financial sharing service center through comparative analysis,literature analysis,strategic successive decomposition and other research methods.Based on the investigation of the related background,organizational structure,financial personnel and strategic management of BDH Group,this paper analyses the difficulties in implementing the strategy under the decentralized management model,the rigid and overstaffed financial organization settings,the inconsistency of business processes of individual companies,and the poor docking of business processes.The imbalance of the quality of financial personnel.In order to solve the problems existing in the current financial management model of BDH Group,this paper will build the Financial Sharing Service Center of BDH Group based on the strategy decomposition method of successive succession(DOAM)and the group strategy as the core.In the process of construction and design,we should establish and improve the strategic management system,optimize the financial organizational structure according to business classification,rebuild the main business processes of the financial sharing center,such as receivables andpayables,cost settlement and so on,strengthen the financial staff's professional knowledge reserve,strengthen the financial staff's learning consciousness,and analyze the application and sharing.Emphasis is laid on heart-supporting information technology system and other aspects.Finally,this paper discusses the possible problems after the operation of BDH Group Financial Sharing Service Center,and puts forward feasible countermeasures or solutions to the related problems.The research shows that compared with the traditional decentralized management mode,the management mode of Financial Shared Service Center can shorten the time consumed by the same business process,improve the overall operation efficiency of the group,and ensure that the financial organization of the group has a stronger adaptability.It can better reduce the cost of enterprise management,and enhance the overall control of the group,including all the molecular companies.It can provide a good impetus for the group to achieve its strategic objectives.At the same time,it is hoped that the relevant research and feasible methods on the construction of BDH Group's Financial Sharing Service Center will have a positive impact on the construction of other domestic agricultural enterprises' Financial Sharing Service Center and play a helpful role.
