| With the development of economic globalization and the expansion of multinational companies,large group companies have established branches in different regions.This not only weakens the control of the group company over its subordinate institutions,but also leads to the continuous increase of the group’s operating costs.The shared service model designed to save costs emerges as the times require.Many large group companies have begun to try this new management model.The most widely used field of shared service model is financial shared service.The construction industry is different from other industries,and its production and operation are special.There are problems in my country’s construction enterprises,such as extensive management,low level of informatization,poor operating efficiency,and high management costs.These problems limit the exertion of enterprise management efficiency.hinder the realization of corporate strategic goals.Therefore,in recent years,construction companies have also begun to implement financial sharing one after another to transform and upgrade their financial management models.The core essence of financial sharing in enterprises is process reengineering.Therefore,by studying the process reengineering of construction enterprises,it can provide a certain reference for construction enterprises to build business financial processes that meet their own needs when they implement the construction of financial sharing centers.This paper firstly uses the literature research method to briefly summarize the research trends of relevant theories at home and abroad,and defines and expounds the relevant theories such as financial sharing,process reengineering concepts,economies of scale,and resource integration.Base.Then,using the method of combining theoretical analysis and practice,taking CSCEC as an example,combined with the author’s consulting,recording and research in the practice stage,it analyzes the current situation and problems of the financial process under the traditional financial management mode of the case company,and points out the case.The process problems in the past financial management mode of enterprises and the necessity of implementing process reengineering in the financial shared service mode.Thirdly,from a micro perspective,the organizational structure and information system,expense reimbursement,material procurement,contract collection,and fund management processes of CSCEC under the financial sharing model are re-engineered.The expected effect after process reengineering is analyzed from three aspects of risk.The last part is the program design of process reengineering under the financial sharing mode of CSCEC.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the program,specific safeguard measures are put forward from five aspects:information system,system,thinking,personnel and maintenance mechanism.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the traditional financial process of the case company through specific cases,combined with the enterprise background and industry characteristics,and studies how to carry out process reengineering under the financial sharing mode of the case company,and how to reduce the cost and business risk after the process reengineering.The role of enterprise operating efficiency is conducive to providing a useful reference for other enterprises in the same industry in my country to implement financial sharing construction and process reengineering,helping enterprises to realize the transformation and upgrading of financial management models,and further promoting the construction of financial informatization in the construction industry. |
