| Company E is an American fortune 500 company,whose main business is to provide process automation solutions for oil,gas,food and beverage,oil refining,mining,life science and other industries and is in a leading position in the industry.In order to meet the business needs of E company in China,the company established the financial sharing center in Xi ’an in 2010 to serve all branches and factories in China.After nearly ten years of development,the service scope of the financial sharing center has expanded from the initial reimbursement business to payables,general ledger and internal transactions and other businesses.With the further advancement of financial informatization in China,especially after the initial stage of accounting intelligence in 2016,the competition in the industry will become increasingly fierce.The problems in the business process of the financial sharing center have affected the efficiency and cost of the center,and may become a resistance to the sustainable development of E Company.Based on the E company financial sharing center business process as the research object,focusing on financial sharing center business process is a typical process payable,general ledger processes and internal problems existing in the current process,combining with related theory knowledge and analytical tools of information system planning and business process reengineering,and through the interviews with employees in the company.In-depth analysis the problems of current flow of information system and the unification of the business process and business process efficiency.After diagnosed according to the problems and reasons,puts forward the E company about financial sharing center process optimization solutions and finally bring forward the ways of process optimization effect forecast method in this paper.Conclusion is that restructuring of the new generation of information business processes is the development direction of E company’s financial sharing center. |
