Research On Equipment Supplier Evalution And Improvement Of Y Company

As the biopharmaceutical industry is developing at top speed,biopharmaceutical enterprises have noticed the perfect equipment supplier evaluation for their sound development.Few scholars have studied the supplier evaluation index system of biopharmaceutical industry.Some index systems are not good enough for comprehensive and effective appraisal of equipment suppliers.Company Y is in a stage of rapid development and faced by short supply of equipment and poor service lately,therefore,study on its index system of equipment supplier evaluation and the method can help Company Y to assess the suppliers in a more effective and efficient way.The thesis took the evaluation of equipment supplier of Company Y as the research object and established a corresponding evaluation system.First,it sorted out the theory of evaluation of equipment suppliers,then summarized related indexes and methods to support the subsequent study.Second,the thesis analyzed the current situation of Y Company,probed into the causes of its existing problems,concluded its specific evaluation index based on a flood of literature reseach and summarized evaluation index.Third,the thesis conducted a questionnaire survey on relevant management personnel to screen out the 17 final indexes and confirmed that it will evaluate the suppliers from their quality of products,service,enterprise management and capability of continuous supply.Fourth,the thesis adopted the AHP model to obtain the primary and secondary weights of the evaluation index system,combined the weights into the target layer,and confirmed the steps of realizing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the basis of overall ranking levels.In the end,the thesis carried out application research on the equipment supplier S of Company Y,assessing S with the index system and evaluation model established in this thesis.As proved,the evaluation model in this thesis is feasible and rational.In addition to providing reference for related studies,the thesis proposed related improvement research that can help biopharmaceutical enterprises evaluate their equipment suppliers and enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain.Provide patients with better and cheaper drugs.
