Evaluation And Hierarchical Management On Suppliers For Company PLS

Market competition is more and more fiercely.The competition between enterprises has turned into the competition between entire supply chain.Supply chain is an open system which consists of suppliers,producers,distributors and customers.As the source of supply chain,suppliers take charge of inputting resources of manufacturing,whose performance directly affects the product quality,lead time,inventory levels of core enterprise,which will affect the performance of entire supply chain.Therefore,enterprise must have qualified supplier as its guarantee to keep or improve competitiveness.Based on the purchasing department of PLS company,by analyzing the current work situation of purchasing department,a problem is found that the suppliers of components delay in delivery frequently.And then,it is found that the main reason for delay in delivery is lacking of reasonable supplier evaluation system and supplier hierarchical management mechanism.Hereby,this paper analyzes the indicators that should be considered when we select suppliers under the circumstance of supply chain management in detail,combines with the real situation of company PLS,the comprehensive evaluation system of supplier is established.Then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is used to calculate criteria weight;basing on the results of AHP,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze and evaluate suppliers comprehensively.According to the evaluation results,suppliers are hierarchical to manage.The purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific,reasonable and suitable system of supplier evaluation and hierarchical management approach to help company PLS manage suppliers and improve the efficiency of supply chain.At the meantime,supplier evaluation indicator system and hierarchical management methods of this paper have certain reference to the similar enterprises to company PLS.
