As the source of the entire supply chain,suppliers not only have certain restrictions on the quality,cost,delivery,service,etc.,but also have a profound impact on the core competition of enterprises.Especially for pharmaceuticals,a special industry that is related to the health of people's livelihood,the choice of suppliers is particularly important.Supplier evaluation indicators for pharmaceutical companies are complex.It is imperative for China's more than 3,000 small and medium-sized pharmaceutical small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies to simplify the evaluation of supplier indicators.It is because of the limitations of their own conditions that the collection of data required by these numerous supplier evaluation indicators is difficult.Zhejiang Haisen Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Haisen Pharmaceutical Company)is a national medium-sized enterprise engaged in research and development and production of medical raw materials,intermediates and food additives.Although the company has a set of supplier evaluation standards,there are still some conflicts between the procurement department(material control department)and the quality management department and production departments.This article takes Haisen Pharmaceutical Company as the research object.During the internship of the company,it conducts in-depth research on the current supplier selectionevaluation system of the purchasing department and finds some problems in the procurement of relevant operators.The existing system has the following problems: There are six indicators in the company's supplier evaluation system,which should be a relatively complete system compared to other similar pharmaceutical companies,but because of these indicators,there are both quantitative indicators and Qualitative indicators are scored on the subjective judgment of the person,thus causing conflicts between departments.In response to the interviews with relevant experts and purchasers of the company's procurement department,through the analysis of domestic and foreign data,12 suppliers with high frequency of use were selected,including past performance,quality,cost,delivery time,and logistics.Capabilities,user satisfaction,production capacity,R&D technology,environmental protection,financial status,compatibility and reputation.Combined with the existing evaluation system of Haisen Pharmaceutical Company,the two infrequently used indicators of compatibility and reputation are eliminated;according to the current national policy,the “Implementation of Policy and Regulations” is added to re-establish a new set of the supplier chooses the evaluation system.Try to use AHP tomography to determine the weight of each level of indicators,and use fuzzy comprehensive theory to quantify all indicators,and finally calculate the score of each supplier.The establishment of this more objective,systematic and scientific evaluation system aims to provide pharmaceutical companies with some suppliers that can become strategic partners,provides suppliers with an understanding of what they are unable to do and is targeted.The method of improvement creates a broad prospect for a good and long-term development relationship between pharmaceutical companies and suppliers.
